How long does it take to make my 3D print?
All Golden Era 3D items are made to order. Typical production time is 3–7 business days, depending on size, colour, and finishing. If you’ve ordered a custom piece or multiple items, I’ll confirm the expected completion date before printing.
Do you ship across Australia?
Yes — I ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. You can choose Standard or Express shipping at checkout. Local pickup from Perth is also available by special arrangement.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available to most countries. Delivery times vary depending on location, and international rates are calculated at checkout. Please note: customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Are the prints made to order?
Every piece is designed, 3D printed, and finished by hand in Perth, Western Australia. Small layer lines or texture variations are normal and part of the authentic 3D print process.
What materials do you use?
I use high-quality PLA and PLA+ filament for most wall art and decor pieces. These materials are lightweight, durable, and eco-friendly.
What’s the best way to care for my 3D print?
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and high heat (e.g., near heaters or windows). Dust gently with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth. For painted or clear-coated finishes, avoid cleaning products or water exposure.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! Use the Contact & Custom Orders page or email direct (goldenera3d@outlook.com) to describe your idea. Include size, colour, and finish preferences — or share reference links. I’ll get back to you with a quote & timeframe.
What’s your return policy?
As all items are made to order, returns are not accepted for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days with photos so I can repair or replace it promptly.
