This website is operated by Golden Era 3D. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including all related policies referenced here (Shipping, Refunds, Privacy). Each Golden Era 3D piece is made to order. While we make every effort to display product images and colours accurately, slight variations may occur due to screen differences or the handmade nature of 3D printing. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions or discontinue items at any time.
4. Prices and Modifications
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We may change prices or shipping rates without prior notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) without notice at any time.
5. Orders and Payments
We accept secure payments via Shopify’s checkout system. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping details. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Please review your order carefully—production begins soon after purchase.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timeframes and processes are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Once an item leaves our studio, delivery times are managed by Australia Post. Golden Era 3D is not liable for delays or lost parcels once an order is handed to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our Returns Policy applies to all purchases. Because our products are made to order, refunds and replacements are only available for items that arrive damaged or defective.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, and content on this website are the property of Golden Era 3D. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials or products for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Golden Era 3D will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability will in no case exceed the value of your purchase.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Western Australian courts.
