Because each Golden Era 3D piece is custom-made, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

• Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

• Returns for change of mind cannot be accepted.

• Custom orders and personalised designs are final sale.

We take great care in every print, and quality is always our top priority.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if:

• An item arrives damaged beyond repair.

• An incorrect item was sent.

• The order is cancelled before production begins.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days after confirmation.

⚙️ Tip: Always double-check order details before checkout — many of our pieces are made to order and begin printing soon after purchase.
